Be honest - how much time do you waste dwelling on the past, rewriting conversations and events in your head based on what you wish you'd done? You're not alone. We all fixate on the past, and that's ok, but it's important to learn from the past and move forward toward new successes. 

In this episode I look at some steps you can take to get over the past and start looking ahead, including: 

  1. Ask yourself, does fixating on the past help me or does it hurt me?
  2. Train yourself to look at the past as a learning experience.
  3. Find your inner Elsa and 'let it go'. 
 
 

As Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "the future is a mystery, the past is history, but today is a gift. That's why they call it the present."
